Kat leads marketing and brand at Cooper Hill, shaping how the business is presented across every touchpoint with a focus on clarity, consistency and refinement.

With a background in design and visual communication, she brings a strong creative foundation to her role, combined with a thoughtful, structured approach to how the brand is experienced. Her work spans brand development, campaign execution and digital presence, ensuring each element feels considered and cohesive.

Prior to moving into real estate, Kat spent close to a decade as a uniform officer with Victoria Police. That experience continues to inform her work today, bringing a high level of discipline, attention to detail and composure in fast-paced environments.

​

Her approach to marketing is measured and intentional, balancing creative direction with a clear understanding of what resonates with the right audience. She has a strong interest in the visual and editorial side of property, particularly architecture, interiors and presentation, and how these elements shape perception.

​

Outside of work, Kat enjoys travelling, having spent six months backpacking across Europe and America and two years living in London. These experiences have shaped her perspective, bringing a broader lens to both her work and creative pursuits. She also runs a small business specialising in custom event stationery and signage.

We had interviewed approximately 10 Real Estate companies before deciding on Cooper Hill. Each came to our house to explain their strategies for the campaign.
