Braden is the Sales and Operations Manager at Cooper Hill, responsible for overseeing team performance, business operations and the systems that support consistent, high-quality delivery.

With a background spanning public service, leadership and operational environments, he brings a structured and measured approach to how the business runs day to day. His role focuses on aligning people, processes and performance - ensuring the team is well supported, expectations are clear, and outcomes are delivered with consistency and accountability.

Braden has extensive experience leading teams, managing workflows and improving operational systems, with a strong focus on clarity, efficiency and continuous improvement. He is known for his sound judgement and ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations, bringing a steady, solutions-focused mindset to both team leadership and decision-making.

While deeply involved in the operational side of the business, Braden maintains a strong connection to the client experience - ensuring that every process, interaction and touchpoint is considered, professional and aligned with the standard Cooper Hill is known for.

He is particularly interested in how businesses can evolve through better systems, stronger leadership and a more deliberate approach to service delivery.

Outside of work, Braden has a strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI tools and their practical application and capabilities. He also enjoys music and sound design, often experimenting with different sounds and effects to create and refine original compositions.
